The Only Constant Is Change

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” -Jung
November was an eventful month for Jules Juke. Here I am DJing my first gig in Portland at the Local Lounge! Honestly one of my favorite gigs because I got to spin progressive techno/deep house with a badass lady DJ crew. Just got booked to play Portland again in February alongside The Dust Bunnies and Missing Mei! Definitely don't sleep on this lineup!

Before I left Hawaii I also recorded a podcast with the amazing guys from How's It Network on how my DJ alter ego came to be. We talked about everything from my KUPS radio days as The Mixdown, my first time DJing yoga events, and how I hate the sound of my own voice! Check out the interview here and support!

The CeaseFire boys asked me to guest spot on their podcast at the beginning of 2018. After a few delays we finally got the mix released last month! I met Felix and Harry DJing at a friend's birthday in LA. In the intro of this mix, you can actually hear me tell the story of how said party got rolled five minutes into my set! What I didn't mention was that someone took home the gear I was planning to play on, so I was sweating bullets wondering if could pull off anything on a borrowed X1! Thankfully I got to do this set justice in podcast form! Stream the full mix below (ghetto house/b'more/jersey club/booty bass):
